M.G. Rhoads (Writer, Inker, and Owner of Process Cat)
M.G. Rhoads is a Manufacturing Engineer – turned Writer and Educator. She helps Makers, Inventors, and other Creators learn what big companies know about how to run an effective and profitable manufacturing operation.
In her previous career, M.G. earned a master’s degree in Materials Science Engineering and worked as a research technician at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), then as a Process Development Engineer at a medical device company.
During that time she started visiting local Maker Spaces in the evenings, and was blown away by the enthusiasm and ingenuity of the creators she met! But she started to notice something missing in the educational resources available to the Maker community.
It was great that people could learn about 3D printers, CNC machines, and the like. But what was missing was fun, accessible information on the other half of running a good manufacturing process: process engineering, to be specific! Ultimately she decided to heed Mahatma Gandhi’s famous advice, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” So she started Process Cat!
M.G. lives with her husband in New York City, where she enjoys working out (really!), drinking red wine, and watching standup comedy.
Danko Herrera (Penciller)
Danko Herrera, when not walking natural landscapes, works as an illustrator for various indie writers like Arnie Lightning and Jeff Rivera. His work has been part of Saca la Bici, a bicycle organization in Mexico. He started illustrating for a short-tale collective in Querétaro (Mexico) called “cuentos para iluminar”, a fanzine containing short illustrated tales with a psychological approach. Danko is a contributor to Rockademix, a multimedia academic program based in California. As a visual artist, his work has been exhibited in Mexico, Denmark, and Argentina.
Diana Necsulescu (Colorist)

With a focus on color scripting and environment design, and several children’s books illustrated in her portfolio, Diana loves using the power of visual storytelling for projects that make the world a little better.
Joshua Doering (Task Ninja)
Josh is the task ninja and behind-the-scenes worker for Process Cat. He handles editing blogs, social media, and video editing. When he’s not working, Josh can be found wandering the lands of Skyrim fighting dragons and searching for Elder Scrolls, reading, playing D&D, eating ramen, or simply hanging with his wife and two German Shepherds, Captain and Rival.
